About Us

We create dynamic, successful and INTERESTING workouts. Everything from slamming a tire with a sledgehammer to ballet work- you will NOT repeat the same workout during a session and you WILL burn anywhere from 300-600 calories per workout. Simply put, if you’re a guy who’d like to add bulk or get toned or a chick who wants to shed weight and firm up, we’re here to help you achieve the results you seek!

So give those excuses the boot and join us! FitHappens is NOT some pretentious gym with wall-to-wall mirrors! We’re not here to judge you and NO ONE shows up at our camps as an Olympian- about 98% are starting from SQUARE ONE. Our goal is to get you into shape and keep you that way. With these basic approaches in mind, basic training means getting and staying fit. And a strong, healthy body never gets old!
