After having my second child, (a 9lb 2oz- sweet LORD- daughter) a year ago, I had been struggling to lose the baby weight, eat right and find a REALISTIC work out routine that worked for me and the shape I wanted to be in. (Madonna meets Dara Torres… o.k. – we’re still “in progress” on that one). Doug, having got his NESTA Personal Training Certification and seizing an opportunity to boss me around- started to train me. He came up with various workouts that I could do quickly (Mom of 2 remember) easily and still be gratifyingly “sore” the next day (insert naughty joke here.) I, in turn, started talking to various trainers, class teachers and culling exercises from my favorite classes and workouts to assemble unique, effective workouts. We have both been hard at work learning, working out, training and getting certified and now feel ready to take our stuff “public”. Together, we have come up with dynamic, successful and INTERESTING workouts that will be catered and modified to fit all your personal needs and capacity. Basically, if you’re a guy who wants to “bulk up” and “cut” or a gal who wants to shed weight and firm- (or vise versa) we’ve got you covered.
