ONE on ONE GAUNTLET

Ever wanted to become a personal trainer’s “PROJECT”? Well, now you can. In the ONE on ONE GAUNTLET– you can be personally catered to. FOOD, FITNESS, COACHING, TRAINING and ACCOUNTABILITY. You check in every day with your food/menus (that have been designed and set up by us). You TRAIN – either WITH US PERSONALLY or via text/email/skype. Every day. YES- EVERY day at LEAST 30 minutes a day of EXERCISE*. (*We define this by something that elevates your heart rate, works up a sweat and gets you MOVING.) If you are NOT with us- you will need to document and submit that exercise every day. This can be a selfie on your hike, a Runkeeper post, a puddle of sweat picture… you name it- you just have to do it. You will get POINTS for things such as Nutrition (did you stay in calories, cheat, eat well, etc.) EXERCISE- you either DID or didn’t and you must document. LIFESTYLE: we will give you an assignment each week, meditation, enough sleep, enough water, etc. Stretching- at least 10 min total a day- can be broken up. ESSENTIAL! And Connections: you will REACH OUT TO & CONNECT with your fellow Gauntlet Players on our Community Group page- everyday. Support is essential!

It is a 30 day program. EVERY DAY. You will check in daily or lose points.

I have done this program with dozens of people and it WORKS. For those that have stayed the course the average weight loss has been 8-10 pounds. But, more importantly- it kick started people into a daily fitness regimen and lifestyle change that STUCK.   • 4-5 Workouts (exercises demonstrated online) per week

  • 1-2 “Homework” workouts per week

BOOTCAMP MEMBERSHIP:

  • 2-4 BOOTCAMP workout sessions per week (choose from any of Fit Happens LA bootcamps – http://www.fithappensla.com/schedule/)
