HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?

There are 2 ways to reset your password:
  1. BEFORE logging in, click on “Lost Password” (in the right-hand column) and then follow instructions
  2. AFTER logging in, click on “Profile” (in the right-hand column), then click on “Settings” – From there change your password

HOW DO I EXPORT A MYFITNESSPAL REPORT SO I CAN UPLOAD IT TO MY PRIVATE PAGE?

In Safari:
  1. Click on “View Full Report”
  2. Go to File > Export as PDF to save it as a PDF
  3. Bring up the PDF in Acrobat and click File > Save As > Image > PNG
  4. Save the file as a .png
  5. Go into your private page and click on the little camera button and “Upload a file”

I GET A “404 NOT FOUND” ERROR WHEN TRYING TO VIEW MY PRIVATE PAGE

You are most likely seeing this page because your PROFILE NAME was incorrectly entered during registration. To fix this:
  1. Log in and go into “MEMBERSHIP DETAILS” (this is in the right-hand column, under your name & avatar)
  2. At the top of the DETAILS page, click “Edit”
  3. Make sure “First Name” is your first name and “Last Name” is your last name. If either of these is blank, fix them and then click on “UPDATE ACCOUNT”
  4. Now try going into your private page again.

I GET A PERMISSIONS ERROR PAGE WHEN TRYING TO VIEW MY PRIVATE PAGE

First make sure you’re logged in. If you’re logged in and you’re still getting a permissions error, contact us to fix your page.
