A word about cleanses…

I actually TOTALLY disagree with the naysayers: Watch Hungry For Change or Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead. Cleanses- done properly- where you have NUTRIENT/VEGGIE packed juices for 2 meals and a super clean, vegetarian meal for dinner are COMPLETELY safe. I have done this MANY times to reset. There is no danger of KETOSIS if you are getting all the calories and nutrients you need throughout the day. THe Wack-a-doodle Maple syrup cleanse? RIDICULOUS.
